Getting started is simple and user-friendly!
Follow these steps:
a. Register an account: Download the app from the app store and sign up for an account. You may need to provide some basic information and set a secure password.
b. Create a group: After registering and creating group, , you can invite participants to contribute. The app may offer options to invite via email, social media, or by sharing a unique link.
c. Create initiative: You can create an initiative within the group. You'll provide details about your initiative, such as the purpose, target amount, and duration of the contribution campaign.
d. Sending money: participants can make contributions using their preffered payment method from the provided ooptions under 'How to send money.
e. Track progress: As contributions start coming in, you can track the progress of your initiative through the app's dashboard. Real-time updates will show you the total amount collected and the remaining balance to reach your goal.
f. Manage initiatives:Once your initiative is successful, you may close it, after which and it will be available as view only.
Absolutely! The app provides real-time tracking and updates on contributions made by group members. The organizer and participants can view the progress towards the set goal, giving everyone a clear picture of the initiative's financial status.
A pending contribution refers to a payment or contribution that has been made and recorded on Planrr by a member of the group but has not yet been confirmed by the treasurer or admin of the group.
To confirm a pending contribution (admin or moderator). Open the initiative page, navigate to 'pending', then tap the member name and confirm.
If the contribution was part of a group activity or shared expense, notify the relevant recipients or group members mostly Admin about the incorrect amount. Further always double-check your contribution details before confirming any payments to avoid similar errors.
If the initiative's goal is not met within the specified timeframe, the app provides options to extend the contribution period or make adjustments to the target amount.
